So building this website myself has been a steep learning curve that has tested me and found me wanting many times. It took me weeks. I confess I swore at the thing twice! Much of it is on me. I don’t have a strong aptitude for technical stuff.

But one of my frustrations results from all the template software being designed for use by the business community. Everyone is selling something it seems. Which I guess is understandable. People need to make a living as they say.  And the products and services we pay for are often important for making our lives better. We hope. The truth is all the stuff we consume in this part of the world often creates more problems for us than it solves. 

And here I am with nothing to sell. Not a lot to give away here, either, unless you consider the grace of Jesus. He said, “Freely, you have received, freely give.”

The word grace means gift. I hope that thought isn’t lost on you. 

The most important things in life are things we can’t buy. Life itself is a gift. So is new life.
